Terms & Conditions

1. Equipment Liability & On-Site Damages

  • Client Responsibility: The client assumes full financial liability for any damage, theft, or loss of TJAV equipment—including LED tiles, processors, and microphones—caused by the client’s staff, attendees, or third-party vendors.

  • Repair Costs: Any damages identified during load-out will be documented and billed at the current market replacement or professional repair rate.

2. Technical Reliability & Fail-Forward Systems

  • Redundancy Standards: While TJAV utilizes "fail-forward" redundant engineering and broadcast-grade processing to minimize risk, clients acknowledge that rare technical failures can occur due to unforeseen hardware variables.

  • Mitigation: In the event of a component failure, TJAV will prioritize immediate signal restoration through our built-in backup systems to maintain critical viewership

3. On-Site Requests & Scope Changes

  • Authorized Approval: Any additional technical requests, equipment additions, or show-flow changes made on-site must be funneled through an Approved Point of Contact designated prior to the event.

  • Billing for Additions: Supplemental labor or gear added on-site will be documented and added to the final invoice as an "On-Site Technical Change Order".

4. Venue Infrastructure & Safety Overrides

  • Infrastructure Liability: TJAV is not responsible for show interruptions caused by inadequate venue power, fluctuating voltage, or structural failures of venue-provided rigging points.

  • Safety Priority: TJAV engineers reserve the right to immediately shut down equipment if on-site conditions (such as liquid spills near electronics or unstable venue rigging) pose a threat to personnel or hardware.
