Refund Policy

Cancellations:

• More than 72 hours notice: Full refund of the total booking.

• Less than 72 hours notice: 50% cancellation fee applies to cover reserved labor and equipment allocation.

• Same-day cancellation: 100% of the total rental invoice is forfeited.

Returns:

• As a service provider, "Returns" apply to rented equipment. All gear must be returned in the condition it was received.

• Any equipment returned with damage beyond normal wear and tear will incur a repair or replacement fee, billed at the full retail value.

Refunds:

• Refunds are limited to the rental price of equipment or services that were not performed due to TJAV LLC technical error. No refunds are provided for unused time or weather-related interruptions once the gear has been delivered.
