Shipping & Delivery

Fulfillment Method:

• TJAV LLC provides on-site delivery, setup, and technical support. We do not ship equipment via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

• Fulfillment is considered "Complete" once the equipment is successfully installed and tested at the client's specified venue.

Delivery Timeline:

• Standard Delivery: Our technicians arrive at least 60 minutes prior to your event start time for setup.

• Service Area: We provide on-site fulfillment within a 35-mile radius of Jacksonville/Atlantic Beach, FL. Locations outside this radius may incur additional travel fees.

Damaged/Missing Items:

• Any issues with equipment performance must be reported to the on-site technician immediately for resolution.
