TJAV Autoposter Terms of Service

TJAV Autoposter ("the App") is a personal, single-user automation tool built and operated by Thomas, operator of TJAV LLC ("I", "me", "my"). By connecting a TikTok account to the App, I agree to these terms. The App is not offered to, and may not be used by, any other person or entity.
Description of service
The App is a private workflow automation that watches a folder I control, lets me enter a caption and publish time for a video I created, and publishes that video to my own TikTok account through TikTok's official Content Posting API. It performs no function beyond publishing content I personally select.
Single-user scope
The App has exactly one user: its operator. The App connects to exactly one TikTok account, authorized directly by that account's owner. There is no registration flow, no shared access, and no mechanism for a third party to use the App.
Content responsibility
I am solely responsible for the content I choose to publish through the App. All content published is my own original work or work I hold the rights to publish. The App does not generate, alter, or select content on its own — every publish is initiated and confirmed by me.
Acceptable use
The App will not be used to publish spam, misleading content, or content that violates TikTok's Community Guidelines or Developer Terms of Service. My use of TikTok's platform through this App remains subject to TikTok's own terms (tiktok.com/legal/terms-of-service).
Availability
The App runs on hardware I personally maintain and offers no uptime guarantee, support obligation, or service level to anyone, since it has no users other than its operator. It may be modified, paused, or discontinued at any time without notice.
Revoking access
I may disconnect the App from my TikTok account at any time through TikTok's own app management settings. Doing so immediately ends the App's ability to publish or access account data, consistent with the data handling described in the App's Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the updated version will be posted at this same URL with a revised "Last updated" date.
